This is not a menu, rather a description of the techniques I use the most. Your massage will always be adapted to your needs, your objective but also to my feelings.
The massage is an exchange between the recipient and the donor, apart from the physiological aspect, the energy aspect also takes its place and will allow a complete approach.
Even if certain gestures are similar to those of a traditional (Swedish) massage, the rhythm is generally slower, and the pressure more accentuated and more targeted on problem areas. Your masseuse uses his forearms, elbows, fingers , his fists and his hands to release adhesions. These rigid tissue bands can cause pain and inflammation, while limiting movement and circulation in muscle tissue. This can include stiffness in the neck, upper back and legs, or pain in the lower back and shoulders. Deep tissue massage realigns the different layers of tissue, acting on the tendons, ligaments and fascia (protective membrane of tissues that surrounds bones, joints and muscles), as well as muscles to release tension and relieve pain.
Swedish massage is the ideal treatment to combat stress, it provides a real boost of energy and recharges the batteries of the body and mind. Both tonic and relaxing, it relieves muscle pain and relieves tension. It provides tone, well-being, relaxation and flexibility, and facilitates drainage and elimination of toxins. Finally, thanks to the oils, creams and lotions used, the skin is deeply nourished and regains its softness.
